Chicken Ballotine and Pickled Cherries

A traditional boned chicken dish served with home preserved new-season local cherries.

Provençale Pork

Shoulder of pork, browned, crusted with herbs and garlic, cooked slowly in white wine, and served with seasonal vegetables and a dressed lettuce salad.

Cheese

Cheese is served as an alternative course and described daily on the blackboard.

Panna Cotta, Liqueured Strawberries

A delicate Italian moulded cream, flavoured with vanilla beans and served with strawberries splashed generously with Cointreau.
