Tasmanian Fish Platter

A selection of seafood tastes from the waters of Tasmania, with the flavours of Scandanavia.

Summer Duck, Morello Sauce

Slowly cooked duck breast, served with a Morello cherry sauce, seasonal vegetables, and a dressed lettuce salad.

Liqueured Berries, Strawberry Icecream

A medley of local summer berries sprinkled generously with Cointreau and served with homemade strawberry icecream.

Cheese is served as an alternative to the dessert course.
